joined Bee’ah in July 2014 as a Branch Manager for the Saudi Arabia company branch. The main responsibilities associated with this role centre upon establishing the KSA Branch office and building a foundation for Bee’ah services. Key responsibilities include directing all operational aspects of the branch, assessing local market conditions, identifying current and prospective opportunities and developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. Leading the Saudi team, Ahmed Al Juhany is proficient in managing budgets and allocating funds appropriately and meets goals and metrics, in addition to bringing out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation. Ahmed Al Juhany leads a dedicated team responsible for locating areas of improvement and sharing knowledge with Bee’ah headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs in order to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. Prior to joining Bee’ah, Ahmed Al Juhany had gained extensive experience across a variety of organisations including senior roles as an Executive & Board Member at one of the biggest investment Companies in Saudi Arabia and as an Architecture & Urban Design Consultant in addition to different roles in real estate and academia. Graduating with a Master's Degree from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor’s Degree from Ajman University of Science and Technology in United Arab Emirates has created a solid foundation upon which Ahmed Al Juhany has developed his progressive career.
