Leading YANPET sustainability program to optimize the plants’ energy, water and materials consumption in addition to reducing GHG emissions. Leading the program includes establishing sustainability strategy, developing annual plans, developing working rhythm, forecasting performance, developing enablers and monitoring tools for Ethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Polyethylene, Polypropylene plants and Utilities, monitoring sustainability performance of all 7 plants, designing and conducting community awareness campaigns, developing procedures, utilizing process simulation software to evaluate performance, leading energy studies, facilitating steering committee meetings, communicating and coordinating with all plants to ensure energy efficient and sustainable operations, and preparing reports for executive management and board.
